Our knowledgeable staff has many years of event planning experience and we're eager to work with you. The Augusta Civic Center provides full-service planning, managing, catering and technical support. We can tailor ever detail to fit your needs.

Event coordinators will work with you hand-in-hand whether you're planning a large-scale executive conference or petite and intimate wedding reception. We can arrange any amenity including coat check, security and more. We can also aide in connecting you with conveniently located hotel accommodations, shopping retailers and eateries all within walking distance.

The Augusta Civic Center offers on-site staff knowledgeable in audio/visual to arrange full scale support to accommodate each event's technical needs. The venue is equipped with free hi-speed WIFI and offers an array of sound and visual capabilities.

Event security is required for all events that include alcoholic beverages, that take place after 5pm Monday-Friday, or take place on Saturday and/or Sunday.

Augusta Police Department and EMTs are also available upon request.

We offer full service catering options and a staff that prides itself on customer service. All meals are prepared on-site using all local and fresh foods to ensure the best quality possible. Our catering menu is designed to fit all catering needs from small business events to corporate or formal events.

We offer a light breakfast to an executive brunch and hors d’oeuvres to a five course meal. With over 28 years of experience our event planners are ready to sit with you and help mold your catering needs to fit your event.

The Augusta Civic Center also offers a full service bar and concession service to accommodate your event. All foods for concessions are prepared fresh on site daily.
