The box office is located to the left of the main entrance of the Augusta Civic Center at 76 Community Drive, Augusta, ME 04330.

Event Days: Box office will be open 4 hours before doors open.

Avoid Scams

Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent for the Augusta Civic Center. The Augusta Civic Center cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other sources. The Augusta Civic Center will not honor counterfeit, duplicate and other invalid tickets. The venue strongly recommends only purchasing event tickets through Ticketmaster outlets and the Augusta Civic Center Box Office. Avoid scams by avoiding third-party ticketing sites and unofficial outlets. The Augusta Civic Center cannot be responsible for payments or refunds through non-authorized sources.

Box Office Refund Policy

Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Refund and Exchange Policy. There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. All ticket sales are final.

2. Reserved Seating. This purchase is for tickets in designated seats at a designated price level, as chosen and/or approved by you as the ticket purchaser. Please be sure you are happy with your seat selection before finalizing your purchase.

3. Mail Delivery. The standard mailing fee is $4.00 per ticket. If you choose to have your tickets mailed to you they will arrive within 7-10 business days. If your tickets have not arrived after 10 business days, please call the Augusta Civic Center Box Office at 207-626-2400.

4. Will Call. Will call opens at the box office at least one hour prior to doors opening and remains open until 45 minutes after the performance begins. Valid identification is required for will call pick-up.

5. Lost Tickets. Please call the Augusta Civic Center Box Office at 207-626-2400 to request replacement tickets. Valid identification & proof of purchase will be required.

6. Performance Cancellation or Date/Time Change Policy. If a show is cancelled for any reason other than “force majeure,” (see Clause 6a below), face value of tickets purchased will be refunded at point of purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable. A performance is not considered “cancelled” if it is stopped at any point after the show has begun, in which case Augusta Civic Center is not required to refund the value of any tickets purchased for said performance.

Augusta Civic Center reserves the right to change the date and/or time of any. If a change occurs, patrons will be notified immediately and alternate accommodations or reimbursements will be arranged, as necessary.

6a. Force Majeure. Augusta Civic Center does not guarantee a refund or exchange on tickets purchased for a performance that is cancelled, or is rescheduled as a result of “force majeure.” “Force majeure” means any occurrence which Augusta Civic Center could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside Augusta Civic Center’s control.

7. Review upon Receipt. Please review your tickets upon receipt. If any detail of your order is incorrect, please contact Augusta Civic Center Box Office immediately at 207-626-2400. Augusta Civic Center will not be responsible for any discrepancies on tickets purchased anywhere other than through the Augusta Civic Center.
